Returns & Exchanges
For apparel and merchandise we will accept exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for directions and reason for exchanges.
Glam Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Our hair and mink eyelashes are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns or exchanges. If you received the wrong product, please contact us at email@example.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days so we can assist you. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway.
After order is placed please allow 3-5 business days to process and verify credit card authorization before we ship out your order. During this time, you will receive a tracking number via email. Generally shipping takes about 2-3 days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only shipped to the address provided via Paypal. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair appointment until you have received your order.
Glam Points are not redeemable for cash. They may be applied towards future purchases on our Online Store only.
